Our daughter Veera said a while ago: “Daddy is going to be an artist!” Well, it’s not really the case. I am not an artist. I am just me, Daniel. Yes, many years ago I wanted to make my own album, make my own music. I have always heard music in my head. But there were never any words.
In 2012 we went to New Zealand to the Inheriting the Nations School in Great Barrier Island for three months. There I heard for the first time my Father singing to me. Father sang tenderly: “Where are you? I am here in your heart.” It was a long journey to me to find my own heart. It was totally closed. There were no tears anymore. No joy. There was a heart of stone.
I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.
Ezekiel 36:26
First song was there, Father sang it to me. At the same time he showed me something special. He showed me my heart. Father was in there and Jesus. They were having a blast, there was a party going on in my heart. They invited me: “Come on, join us!”
”You are my son, today I have become your Father.”
Ps 2: 7
This is not about me. It’s about Father, it’s about how He has changed my heart. It’s about me and my wife. It’s about our kids and our family. How he has come and changed it all.
He will turn the hearts of the parents to their children, and the hearts of the children to their parents.
Malachi 4:6
And yes, it’s about me too. Because:
For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God.
Romans 8:19
